Students who are
taking admission
in this
Institute for
the first time
in academic
session 2009-10
and onwards
shall have to
give an
undertaking
along with their
parents/guardians
that their wards
would not
indulge in any
form of Ragging.

Students already
studying in the
Institute shall
along with their
parents/guardians
have to give an
undertaking in
the similar form
as of the new
entrants.
-
The Management,
the
Director/Principal,
the teaching
staff would
interact with
the freshmen and
take them in
confidence by
apprising them
of their right
as well as
obligation to
fight against
ragging to which
they are
subjected or
which comes to
their knowledge
and the
concerned
authorities
would promptly
deal with such
menace.

Practorial Board
has been setup
in the
Institute.

The Management
and the teaching
staff would
minutely watch
vulnerable
locations in the
Institute, such
as the canteen,
the playground
etc. and any
indulgence in
ragging would be
strictly dealt
with.
-
The Management,
teaching staff
and the hostel
warden would
carefully guard
against such
unlawful
activities and
prompt action
shall be taken
against the
culprits.

Any student(s)
found indulging
in ragging shall
be expelled from
the Institute
immediately and
an F.I.R against
such student(s)
shall be lodged
immediately at
the Police
station.

the admission
form.
